Data Research Specialist



Full-Time Position

As a Data Research Specialist on the Inside Sales team, you will work directly tofetch basic information about accounts and contacts that should be BuyerForesight customers. You’ll fetch and populate, as well as validate relevant companies and contacts on a daily basis as per established targets and needed sales/marketing campaigns.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties maybe assigned)

  • Understand the kind of B2B technology companies BuyerForesight work with and why
  • Understand the key decision makers within each company and why
  • Understand the kind of roles different B2B technology companies are targeting
  • Understand Marketing structure and maturity of the company
  • Fetch relevant companies from our target industry verticals and geographies on a daily basis
  • Fetch contacts from those companies who have the relevant titles and roles
  • Fetch business card data of all contacts generated daily
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other sources to identify and add
    • Firmographic
    • Technographic
    • Social Data
    • Detailed profile information like
      • Experience
      • Roles & Responsibilities
      • Education
      • Areas of interest/expertise
  • Maintain and update all information on CRM/Marketing automation platforms
  • Be able to identify trends in the data you’re capturing to inform next steps.

You should

  • have a flair for Research
  • have good keyboard skills
  • be well versed with MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • be willing to learn new Research methods and techniques
  • have good communication skills
  • have a strict attention to detail
  • have excellent time management and organizational skills
