Senjuti Ghosh

VP – Global Customer Operations

Senjuti is a customer operations and growth leader with 12+ years of experience managing end-to-end customer journeys across B2B marketing and events. Her expertise spans customer operations, renewals, delivery management, customer retention, and account growth, with a strong focus on upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account expansion. Over the course of her career, she has led 5,000+ audience and engagement programs for 300+ global clients, working with companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 technology enterprises.

At BuyerForesight, Senjuti has played a key role in scaling global customer operations and expanding business functions across field and partner marketing. She has been instrumental in driving the growth of CommonSense Conferences, the company’s conversational conference business, by combining operational excellence with relationship-driven execution to deliver measurable business impact, long-term client retention, and scalable growth. Known for blending operational excellence with customer-centric execution, Senjuti specializes in building strong client relationships, driving retention, and creating programs that deliver measurable business impact.

VP International Sales

Sandeep has over 15 years of experience working with Enterprises and Scale ups predominantly holding positions across Sales, Marketing, Presales and Client Experience. He currently heads International Sales across EMEA and APAC working with Strategic Accounts to deliver Thought Leadership events across the globe.

Andrew Horden

Director – Global Marketing

Andrew Horden is a marketing leader with a passion for building brands and helping organisations navigate growth and change. His experience spans hospitality, gaming, healthcare, professional services, and B2B technology, including cybersecurity, data, cloud, SaaS, and emerging technology markets.

 

He believes marketing is at its best when it strips away complexity, challenges assumptions, and helps businesses communicate with greater clarity, empathy, and transparency. As AI continues to reshape how organisations market, sell, and engage, Andrew remains fascinated by the role human understanding plays in building trust and meaningful connections.

Parul Batra

Head of Event Operations

With over 18 years of experience across IT operations and project management, Parul Batra has built his career on one core belief: that operational excellence and human connection are not trade-offs. They are the same thing done right.

 

As Head of Event Operations at BuyerForesight, he leads a high-volume, multi-market events programme across global markets, with full ownership of P&L, process design, and end-to-end delivery.

 

Parul is the kind of leader who doesn’t just solve problems. He builds systems that prevent them. A PSM I certified professional, he brings a structured, agile mindset to everything he touches. From overhauling vendor frameworks and tightening cost structures to driving process improvements that meaningfully impact margins, he has consistently turned operational complexity into competitive advantage across large-scale trade show productions, international exhibitions, and immersive corporate experiences, each delivered on time, on budget, and above expectation.

Debasis Guha

VP – Finance

With over 25 years of combined experiences across engineering, pharma and services industries in India and abroad, Debasis is responsible for the finance and accounts functions of all the global entities of BuyerForesight. He manages accounting, planning, forecasting and commercial functions of the company and works in close partnership with the various line functions to drive an efficient and effective finance support to the business.

Sumathi Nagarajan

Senior Manager – Global HR

HR leader with 17+ years of experience across multiple industries. She leads and manages People & Culture for both India and global operations end-to-end. She aligns people strategies with business goals to drive company growth, foster operational excellence, and build high-performing, growth-focused teams.
