About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience either in a Startup or Small organization who has been able to build and scale teams. This role requires a fast paced work culture keeping up with multiple job openings for different roles at any given point in time. You’ll be responsible to screen, shortlist and interview candidates through their first round to identify if they’re a relevant fit or not.
- Build and organize a strong pipeline of candidates
- Use search platforms like LinkedIn and cold-call through different databases (Naukri & Monster)
- Act as a consultant for hiring managers and candidates through every step of their interview process
- Collaborate with other team members to push business forward
- Become an EXPERT in hiring Marketing & Sales positions
- Ability to prioritize workload & ability to manage time effectively
- Interest in technology and startups
- High degree of professionalism
- Willingness to work flexible hours to help meet individual and company goals
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Experience in understanding Martech & Salestech is a plus
- Great teammate who works well in an energizing environment
