
Summary
Full-Time Position – India
We’re looking for a Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in growing organizations having handled a variety of roles that include Marketing, Sales, Tech, Design and some nontraditional Events Experience roles. International recruitment experience is a must along with hiring expertise across different levels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and organize a strong pipeline of candidates
- Use search platforms like LinkedIn and cold-call through different databases (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, IIMJobs, etc.)
- Act as a consultant for hiring managers and candidates through every step of their interview process
- Collaborate with other team members to push business forward
- Become an EXPERT in hiring Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Events specialists positions.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize workload & ability to manage time effectively
- Interest in technology and startups
- High degree of professionalism
- Willingness to work flexible hours to help meet individual and company goals
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Experience in understanding Martech & Salestech is a plus
- Great teammate who works well in an energizing environment
