Summary

Full-Time Position – Singapore/Australia

We are looking for a Conference Production Manager to join the CommonSense Conference team professionals who develop engaging, content-driven conferences, as well as market, and project-manage a portfolio of our global events. You will produce in-person and digital events, online content, and other engagement pieces that drive engagement and learning for our global audience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties maybe assigned)

  • Deep understanding of the virtual and on-site event production process.
  • Full cycle conference production management. That is concept, research, agenda development, speaker recruitment, and execution.
  • Content and agenda development, design, and execution, across events, online content, and community activities.
  • Analyzing research to develop conference program materials, including briefs and draft agendas.
  • Manage multiple productions and handle on-site communication.
  • Speak with delegates and set the right expectations about the format.
  • Prepare the solution providers/sponsors for the discussion.
  • Creating strategy, messaging, and marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and emails.
  • Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required.

You should have

  • 8-10 years of experience in Event production and management.
  • Being adaptable while managing multiple projects, requirements and locations. You have exceptional problemsolving skills and are calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work with a global, multi-cultural team.
  • Google Workspace/Drive, Zoom Conference & Microsoft office proficiency
